Silsal is run by two sisters Reem Habayeb and Rula Atalla. While Reem is the managing partner who runs the administrative logistics, Rula is the artistic creative partner who is constantly developing new ideas and glazes. The workshop would not be possible without the Silsal team of 18 energetic and creative members. Silsal is especially proud of the staying powers of its staff.

The team boasts a Master Potter, Riyad, who is skilled at the wheel especially as he comes from a family of potters. Inshirah and Bassima make up the hand building section and produce special artistic shapes most of them are one of a kind. Hanan and Nisreen are the calligrapher and designer who interpret the designs on the Silsal piece.

Amal, Lubna, Elena and Randa are the artists that complete the decoration, a meticulous job that requires skill and patience.Muhammad is the kiln room supervisor, planning the kilns. He is aided by Adnan who also has acquired artistic skills. Rabee is the person who ties it all in, the first to be in the show room and the last to leave. Reem, Vicky and Wafaa run the show room and Sales, while Imran is responsible for transportation and logistics.
