Damaged or Missing Items

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at shop@silsal.com to alert us of the damage and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of your item.
