Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund or store credit. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt), Silsal will automatically refund your credit card, debit card or Paypal account. All refunds will be done through the original mode of payment. Shipping charges apply for all returns and exchanges and are the clients responsibility. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns/Exchanges within the UAE

We offer a courier collection service for all returns/exchanges within the United Arab Emirates. The charge for this service is 50 AED, which will be deducted from your refunded store credit. If you would like to return the items yourself, you may return them to the following address:

International Returns/Exchanges

We offer a courier collection service for all returns/exchanges outside of United Arab Emirates. The charge for this service varies depending on the weight and size of the item being returned, as well as the location. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt), Silsal will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment. Please note, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Credit notes: Credit Notes will be dispatched after items have been inspected.

Exchanges: Please note, if you chose a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched to you. In addition, shipping charges apply for all exchanges.

Return/Exchange Exceptions

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns/exchanges on sale items, pre-ordered products, corporate gift items, gifts that include candles, chocolates and flowers, or personalized/bespoke items.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items must be received within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us at shop@silsal.com and include the damaged items product name or reference number, quantity and your order number.

In order to be eligible for a replacement or refund of a damaged item, it is essential to submit photographic evidence of the damage. Upon submitting the pictures, our team will review the photographs and ship out a replacement within 2 business days. If the item is out of stock, you will be given a full refund for the damaged product(s) and any shipping costs associated with that product(s).

Missing Items

Claims for missing items must be received within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us at shop@silsal.com and include the missing items product name or reference number, quantity and your order number.

For missing items, we will process the claim within 3 business days ship out a replacement (subject to availability) within 7 business days. If a replacement is not available, you will be given a full refund for the missing product(s) and any shipping costs associated with that product(s).

Incorrect Items Delivered

If incorrect items have been delivered, claims must be received within 24 hours of delivery. Please email our team at shop@silsal.com and include your order number. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect item(s) received. Upon submitting the pictures, our team will review the pictures and ship out the correct item within 2 business days. If the item is out of stock, you will be given a full refund for the missing product(s) and any shipping costs associated with that product(s).

Cashback Deals

Cashback deals can be redeemed on your next purchase on www.silsal.com. Spend refers to the subtotal in your shopping cart and does not include shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, flower or chocolate add-ons or VAT. Cashback deals may not be used with any promotional codes or discounts. In addition, Cashback codes may not be applied towards already discounted items found in our sale section or anywhere else on the website.

Once the Cashback code is used online, returns on any previous orders through which the code was obtained, may not be accepted. All Cashback codes are valid for 2 months from the date of receiving them.
