Returns / Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item on your own cost in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund or store credit. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt), Silsal will automatically refund your credit/debit card or Paypal account. All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns/Exchanges within the UAE

We offer a courier collection service for all returns/exchanges within the United Arab Emirates. There is a charge for this service of AED 18 which will be deducted from your refunded store credit. If you would like to return the items yourself, you may return them to the following address:

Return/Exchange Exceptions

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns/exchanges on pre-ordered products, corporate gift items, or personalized/bespoke items.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for missing or damaged items in transit must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or refund, please email us at shop@silsal.com mentioning the item/product names or reference number, the quantity, and your order number.

In order to be eligible for a replacement or refund of a damaged item, it is essential to submit photographic evidence of the damaged item. Upon submitting the pictures, our team will review the pictures and ship out a replacement within 2 business days. If the item is out of stock at that point, then you will be refunded the full amount of the damaged product/s and any shipping costs assosicated with that product(s).

For missing items we will process the claim within 3 business days ship out a replacement (subject to availability) within 7 business days. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of the product(s).

Wrong item(s) delivered

Claims for incorrect item(s) in transit must be received within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

Please email our team at shop@silsal.com mentioning the item(s)/product name(s), quantity and your order number.

We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect item(s) received. Upon submitting the pictures, our team will review the pictures and ship out the correct item within 2 business days. If the item is out of stock at that point, then you will be refunded the full amount of the product(s) and any shipping costs associated with that product(s).

We welcome you to pick-up the shipment yourself if you wish to do so.
