Covid-19 – Information for Our Customer
At Silsal, the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our top priority and we must do the right thing by our communities, to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus
We understand that it's a worrying time for everyone, and want to take the opportunity to let you know that we have introduced precautionary measures, which go above and beyond our already high health and safety standards. While our D3 showroom is now open every Monday and Thursday to the public, our online store will continue operating as normal, as the Silsal team works from home and perfects the art of social distancing.
In addition, we're working closely with our courier services to keep up-to-date with extra safeguards that have been introduced. Our courier services are all stringently following advice from the UAE government, and are communicating health and safety guidelines with their employees.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. Silsal is a local business that has called the UAE home for over seven years, and we will continue to serve our community of local and global customers, delivering extraordinary products and experiences to your door.

Shipping and Deliveries
Our operations team is running as usual and working hard to ensure you get our shipments on time.
Shipping to Other Countries
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse, without any delays. However, with fewer flights available, and with some countries implementing curfews, any delays that may occur, are out of Silsal's control. Rest assured, we will do our best to follow up and speed the process to the extent possible.
